Medicare: Cochlear Americas Reimbursement Department will be happy to file a Medicare claim on your behalf for the purchase of supplies and/or repairs for your Cochlear Implant equipment.
Note: If managed care or an HMO provides your Medicare benefits, they may require pre-authorization before services are rendered. Please specify if you presently have Medicare "Part B" benefits.
Please include your Medicare information details in the "special instructions" field in the billing section of your online order.

Your speech processor is broken:
Call your Audiologist. They will help troubleshoot the problem. If you need a replacement, your audiologist will make arrangements with Cochlear.

You placed an order online and are wondering when you can expect to receive your package:
Orders placed online are processed Monday through Friday 8 a.m. — 2 p.m. Mountain Time. Please allow 24 hours for order processing plus applicable shipping time.
